Cute girls in Nazi Uniforms? Pritz

Pritz is a Korean band who took influenced from the Japanese group Babymetal. A few years ago they were an unknown group until they decided to reveal a new uniform. They chose to dress in gothic lolita attire but that wasn't what everyone was looking at. The girls also were equipped with armbands which were the cause of the problem. The armbands were quite similar to the one's that the Nazi's used in WWII. The only difference is that there was an X on the girls armband but an X isn't that different from a swastika.

Is he a woman beater?: Kim Hyung-joong

Korean idol Kim Hyun-joong best known for his Boys Over Flowers role has been involved in several assault charges against his ex-girlfriend "Choi". At first, she pressed charges for domestic abuse stating that Kim broke her rib during a fight. She would later drop those charges but the police would continue to investigate. The two broke up and got back together several times. Kim is the father of Choi's baby. He left all this behind to serve his mandatory two years in the army, he will be released from service in 2017. He is trying to counter sue his ex-girlfriend for defamation of character.

This whole thing seems very sketchy and I do believe that Hyun is guilty for various reasons. Since the case is ongoing we don't have much evidence to work on. He did admit that the two did have a physical fight before. His father went on to a TV show and just wished that the court could find a safe environment for the baby to live in.

Here are photos of Choi's injuries:

Korean Idol arrested for drunk driving and leading the police on a chase: Supernova's Yoon Sungmo

So last night, on the 7th A Korean idol revealed to be Yoon Sungmo actually was arrested for drunk driving. He apparently saw the police stop so they can check for drunk drivers and decided to make an illegal u-turn. He thought it was a smart idea to keep driving even after running into a street light. There is a video on YouTube you can watch that shows how he was driving. Honestly, he should be facing several charges like reckless endangerment, DUI and a few others.

This is not the way an idol should act, he should have called someone to drive for him. This not only affects him but his management company and his group. I'm sure his company is going to cover this up and he will not probably get that much punishment if any. That's what you get when you are a celebrity.

Listed below is the video if you would like to see it:

Open World Entertainment scandal

Open World Entertainment is an independent entertainment company in South Korea. It was founded in 2000 and currently has two offices. What makes this company so sketchy is the fact it was the home to Jang Ja-yeon, the actress I talked about in the previous post. In 2012, the CEO of the company was arrested for assault, rape and a whole list of other charges.

It's reported that he would even have his male idols participate in the assault of normally drugged female idols. The name of the idols involved have not been disclosed and I don't think it will ever be known as to who was truly involved in the attacks unless you are a Korean cop working the case. The CEO was sent to prison but the male idols involved in the case were not.

It's confusing as to why the male idols involved didn't even get jail time even though they took apart in the sexual activities. What's worse is that many of the girls involved were minors. The company did manage big name bands like The Boss and X-5. Which are boy bands, so it could be speculated those two bands knew what was going on. The Boss continues to make music while X-5 disbanded in 2012.

This case really shows the world the ugly side of K-pop. There are many other victims of this entertainment industry but no one really does anything to fully investigate. In the end,  the CEO of the company was sentenced to 6 years in prison. Seriously! He was only sentenced to six years in prison and he had the balls to say that the sentence was unfair. This is just another example why I believe the criminal justice system is unjust. We all talk about the injustices of the world, instead of looking for criminals why don't we look at the system at large. Point the finger at the entertainment industry and at our own governments. Most of the criminals are the ones we don't see because we don't see the real side of anyone until we are behind closed doors and the cameras are off.

Let's make the world change and let's do a better job at making the world safer.

Is this the end of 2NE1?

2NE1 was to me the greatest girl group in all of Korea. They were on their way to becoming more known than labelmate Big Bang. It was to be suspected as I think 2NE1 has more talent than Big Bang. But the group has come under fire so much, I doubt that they will be able to pick themselves up. Each member has basically broken off to do their own things.

Park Bom was attacked with plastic surgery allegations, but they slowed down as the group took on the industry and were winning. She was also yelled at for cursing on a variety show called Roommates. She was justified because the incident scared the hell out of her. She was in the backseat of a car with her a few of co-stars. When the idol in the car kind of lost control of the car due to lack of sleep and the car swerved off the road for a moment which resulted in Bom saying something like "oh Shit".
Later Bom was attacked with a drug scandal as "she" had drugs delivered to a family member's house in their name to avoid any type of negative attention. In late 2015, she is under another scandal as people dubbed her a plastic monster for appearing to have undergone another nose job.

But it wasn't just her who was verbally slandered at the latest 2NE1 appearance. As Minzy and CL was also attacked. CL was attacked because she wore a ton of makeup and Minzy for having her nose done. It appears that only 2NE1's international fans are still supporting the girls as their Korean ones are attacking them.

The only one not under fire is Dara, who has returned to acting by starring in a web drama.

There is a lot of negativity about the Korean entertainment world, which is one of the reasons why I started this blog. South Korea is traditionally number 2 or 3 on the list of countries with the highest suicide rates per year. This is a globally rating, which means that Korea has the second highest suicide rate in the whole world. It's the number 1 for plastic surgeries. So before we judge the entertainment industry we must focus on the society of the country.

There are a ton of women in South Korea who have plastic surgery yet they basically try to kill the careers of women who admit to having surgeries. Yet this is the standard method of beauty in the country, so how can this be right? There is a lot of rumors that the idols are basically slaves to the companies they work for. Which is something I agree with, I do believe that these girls and guys are slaves to companies like YG, JYP, etc.

As of now I do believe that YG has to be the shittest manager as his excuse for why Bom's drug scandal was truly hilarious. Plus G-Dragon's numerous scandals and Psy's anti-American scandal. He is fucking up the chance to inspire so many females out there but due to poor management, I believe that YG is killing 2NE1.

CL's solo rap career is ridiculous, her "hello bitches" video was so freaking weak. It wasn't anything but sexual yet this new appearance doesn't really do much for me. In 2NE1, she is sexy but also a badass. Despite how good of a dancer Minzy is, they really aren't doing anything with her. Even Bom has skills but they are not able to manage her well. They even have some kind of business relationship with Will.i.a.m who is one of the most famous musicians in the world and yet they are not properly using that relationship well. It's really sad to this group crash as they were my favorite K-pop group and I believed them to be the best K-pop group in Korea.

Don't be shy to share your opinion.
